Terms of Service
• upfront payment through paypal invoice. or 50% up front and second 50% after sketch approval
• if a slot is cancelled I charge for the work done +10% cancellation fee and refund the remainder
• all completed art is non refundable and I don't allow chargebacks!
• If I can't complete an artwork for any reason a full refund will be given• turn around time is between 1-2 weeks up to 1 month depending on piece complexity
• I work in order or payment received, so please check my trello to see your place in my queue!
• I will always provide wips of sketches for approval
• please let me know if you want a commission to be kept private! otherwise some select pieces will be publicly posted, and most others will be posted on my pay sites• I need a clear reference/description to work from
• Commissions/YCH's can be used as icons/banners etc. and only for personal use
